As we reflect on our Indigenous in Tech community's growth, I want to express gratitude for your continued engagement and support. Based on community feedback, we're implementing a structured quarterly programming rotation focusing on our most requested themes:

March: Employee Resource Groups
April: Social Connection
May: Professional Development

Additionally, we're launching a dedicated technical track. Developers, programmers, SecOps professionals, AI practitioners, and all other technical professionals are invited to join our third session on Wednesday, March 12th at 5 PM PDT to help shape this initiative.

While our programming and speakers continue to operate on a volunteer basis, we're committed to delivering value through these focused themes.
